Counter-Notification
If material you provided to the Site was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal or disabling was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected]. Your counter-notification should include:

[5] A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your location, or, if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any court where the Site or its service providers may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint or that person's agent.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable access to material, suspend accounts, or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
